1、 Homework preparation
1. Check if the raw material supply of the feeding system is normal
2. Prepare the necessary process documents and record forms for injection molding
3. Check if the robotic arm and conveyor belt can operate normally
4. The foreman arranges the operators of this machine and provides appropriate guidance
5. The operator prepares the necessary containers and packaging materials for the product
6. The operator cleans the conveyor belt of the robotic arm and their own work desktop
2、 Safety requirements
1. Before starting work, it is necessary to wear labor protection equipment according to regulations
2. It is not allowed to enter the production workshop with loose clothes or wearing slippers
3. Comply with the Safety Operation Rules for Injection Molding Workshop
4. New employees should receive safety training on "6 prevention" in the injection molding workshop within one week after joining the company
5. Not allowed to work due to poor mental state or under the influence of alcohol
3、 Startup steps
1. The technician starts the injection molding machine, sets the temperature according to the process parameters, and heats the injection molding machine for 30 minutes
2. Install the mold according to the production schedule requirements
3. Adjust the mold opening position and the position of the robotic arm, keeping the positioning position of the robotic arm 5-10 centimeters from the mold opening position
4. Adjust the position of the robotic arm fixture to correspond to the position of the product rod
5. Check if the parts of the injection molding machine and robotic arm are loose before starting production
4、 Assignment Steps
1. Prepare packaging bags or vacuum boxes according to different products
2. Using a fully automatic robotic arm to remove the product from the mold and transfer it to the workbench
3. Split and classify products based on their models
4. Check the appearance of the product for defects such as missing glue, sharp edges, and patterns
5. Classification, packaging, zoning, and labeling of good and bad products
5、 Quality control
1. Operators are required to conduct a self inspection of the product appearance every 10 mold products
2. If serious problems such as material shortage, burrs, oil stains, and sealing are found during the self inspection process, they should be removed and thrown into the crusher
3. If there are continuous quality issues, they should be reported to the on duty technician for resolution
4. On duty inspection: Sample products for each shift and send them to the testing department for performance testing. If there is any abnormal performance, it should be immediately reported to the technician
5. For quality issues that have not been resolved for more than one shift, the quality supervisor should coordinate with multiple departments to discuss, analyze, and solve them
6、 Emergency plan
1. Discovering equipment issues should be immediately addressed by the shift leader or workshop supervisor
2. Any unsafe factors discovered should be immediately reported to the on duty mechanic or workshop supervisor
3. If it is found that unqualified products are mixed in the finished products, the inspector should immediately mark them as "unqualified", and the operator is responsible for rework
4. If there is a power outage, fire, or other situation, the team leader should organize employees to evacuate to a safe area outside the workshop
7、 Maintenance requirements
1. Plastic particles, ties, packaging materials, etc. are not allowed to fall on the ground
2. Unused tools and fixtures should be evacuated in a timely manner, and what is needed should be placed in a reasonable location
3. Equipment and ground should be kept clean
4. The equipment department maintains the injection molding machine, crusher, and mechanical arm components at three levels: daily, weekly, and monthly
