1. Turn on the main power switch of the machine tool, check if there is any electrical leakage in the equipment, preheat the machine barrel and mold according to the set process temperature requirements. When the machine barrel temperature reaches the process temperature, it must be insulated for more than 20 minutes to ensure that the temperature of all parts of the machine barrel is uniform.

2. Open the cooling water valve of the oil cooler, cool the return oil and water supply pipes, and start the oil pump by jogging. If no abnormal phenomenon is found, the oil pump can be officially started. Wait until the screen shows "motor on" before operating. Pay attention to the motor reverse rotation and check whether the safety door is working properly.

3. Manually start the screw rotation and check for any abnormal or stuck sound from the screw rotation.

4. Operators must use safety doors. If the travel switch of the safety door fails, the machine cannot be turned on, and it is strictly prohibited to operate without using the safety door (cover).

5. The various covers and protective covers of the electrical, hydraulic, and rotating parts of the operating equipment should be properly covered and fixed.

6. Non on duty operators are not allowed to press any buttons or handles without permission, and two or more people are not allowed to operate the same injection molding machine simultaneously.

7. When placing molds and inserts, they should be stable, accurate, and reliable. If any abnormalities are found during the mold closing process, the machine should be stopped immediately and technical personnel should be notified to troubleshoot.

8. When repairing the machine or cleaning the mold for a long period of time (more than 10 minutes), it is necessary to first move the injection seat back to allow the nozzle to leave the mold, turn off the motor, and the operator is not allowed to leave the post when repairing the machine.

9. No one is allowed to start the motor while handling the machine or mold.

10. When entering the machine tool or mold opening, the power must be cut off.

11. Avoid hitting the fixed mold with the injection seat when the mold is open to prevent it from falling off.

12. Air injection generally does not exceed 5 seconds each time. If it cannot be injected twice in a row, please notify nearby personnel to avoid the danger zone. When cleaning the nozzle rubber head, it is not allowed to clean it directly by hand. Use iron pliers or other tools to avoid burns.

13. During the operation of the glue cylinder, there is high temperature, high pressure, and high electricity. It is prohibited to step on, climb, or place objects on the glue cylinder to prevent injury, electric shock, and fire.

14. When the hopper is not being unloaded, it is not allowed to use metal rods or rods, or rough poke the hopper to avoid damaging the screen, protective cover, and magnetic frame inside the hopper. If the screw is rotating, it is very easy to cause serious equipment damage accidents where the metal rods are drawn into the machine barrel.

15. When abnormal equipment noise, odor, sparks, oil leakage, etc. are found during the operation of the injection molding machine, the machine should be stopped immediately, and relevant personnel should be reported immediately. The fault phenomenon and possible causes should be explained.
